Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

At FMR ECOSSE LTD, we aim to make the purchase and financing of agricultural and construction machinery simple, transparent, and secure.

1.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer – All payments must be made by bank transfer to the official FMR ECOSSE LTD account as specified on your invoice.

  • Payment is considered complete once the funds are cleared and confirmed by our finance department.

1.2 Standard Payment

For most transactions, full payment (100%) is required prior to delivery or shipment of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Financing Option (Selected Products Only)

For machines marked with “Payments as Low As” or “Pay 50% Now, Finance the Rest”, buyers may choose our flexible financing plan:

  • 50% deposit payable at order confirmation.

  • Remaining 50% financed over six (6) months at a fixed 5% interest rate.

  • Financing is formalized upon delivery, through a signed leasing or payment agreement.

To qualify, buyers must provide accurate identification, contact, and shipping details. Financing is available only for eligible machines clearly marked on our website or in the purchase agreement.

1.4 Late or Missed Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, FMR ECOSSE LTD reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel the order;

  • Withhold shipment or documents of title;

  • Reclaim possession of the machinery.

1.5 Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£) or EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.

FMR ECOSSE LTD reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of exchange rate fluctuations, government duties, or supplier cost changes prior to invoicing.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment does not meet the agreed specifications or condition, FMR ECOSSE LTD offers a fair and transparent refund process.

2.1 30-Day Inspection and Return Period

Buyers are entitled to a 30-day inspection period from the date of delivery.
If the machinery does not meet your expectations or match the agreed condition, you may request a return and refund within this period.

2.2 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The machine must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered.

  • All original documents (invoice, registration papers, manuals, etc.) must be returned with the machine.

  • The Buyer must notify FMR ECOSSE LTD in writing before initiating a return.

  • The machine must not have been damaged, modified, or used beyond standard testing during the inspection period.

FMR ECOSSE LTD will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

2.3 Refund Process

Once the returned machine has been received and inspected by our technical team:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via the same method used for payment (bank transfer).

  • A written confirmation of the refund amount and transfer will be provided.

2.4 Orders Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom-built or modified machinery made to Buyer specifications;

3. Refunds Due to Non-Delivery or Defect

If FMR ECOSSE LTD is unable to deliver the purchased item due to factors beyond our control (e.g., transport restrictions, supplier failure, or force majeure), the Buyer will receive:

  • A full refund of any amount already paid; and

  • A compensation of statutory interest as per the Bank of England base rate, calculated from the date of payment.

In the case of verified factory or mechanical defects, the Seller may at its discretion:

  • Replace or repair the defective part; or

  • Issue a full or partial refund if replacement is not feasible within a reasonable time.
