Our commitment to you doesn’t end when your equipment is delivered. Every machine purchased from FMR ECOSSE LTD includes a 6-month warranty at no additional cost, giving you added peace of mind and confidence from day one.

We carefully inspect every machine before sale, and our warranty is designed to protect you against defects affecting components that were fully functional at the time of purchase, helping you get to work with confidence.

What's Included

6-Month Warranty Included
Coverage against defects affecting components that were fully functional at the time of sale.

Authorized Repairs
If a valid warranty claim is approved, repairs will be arranged through an authorized service provider located in your area whenever possible.

Replacement or Refund
If a repair cannot reasonably be completed, we may replace the defective component or provide a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused after delivery through incorrect use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a defect covered by your warranty, simply contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange an inspection and repair through an authorized service provider located in your area or, where possible, within a maximum radius of 100 kilometres.

Our goal is to resolve warranty matters as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimizing downtime and helping you get back to work.

The warranty put to the test

After the initial use of his newly purchased Valtra T 162 from us, German farmer Matthias K. discovered an engine failure on his machine. With damage amounting to around 5,000 EUR, he contacted us in order to make use of the initial warranty included.

Within a few days, the damaged tractor was taken to a workshop and repaired thoroughly.
